My water intake is awesome I'm at 120 oz already but my problem seems to be my protein I can never seem to hit that without my carbs being crazy. I have my carbs set lower then protein. I can use some serious advise all are welcome.
I don't eat cereal that often so that process food is easily taken away.
I don't eat lunch meat... gone
I do frozen or fresh veggies which is pretty good
my issue is bread and potato's and cake and pasta (I think you guys get the picture) I am a lot better with it I've come a loooong way but still a waaaays to go.

Dont understand how to put a percent on macros i go over on protein and fiber but under on fat but i like that do you add each one together and come up with a total percent0

Hey no you don't have to create a typer form. That's just promotional. It's what the site do.
About percentage. What is your focused macro.
Protein.. fat or carb. Which ever it is. And it's percentage. Do check daily and weekly challenges thread. I have explained it there in one of the posts0 -

For macros im doing protein today I have eat 89 grams and I am eating 20 percent so if im eating over my protein according to mfp im at 30 percent so what do i put for macros0

if you are supposed to eat 79 grams and you eat 50 that is 50/79 so you divide then x100 and get .63 x 100 is 63% of that macro. if you needed 79 grams and you had 100 grams you diving 100/79x100 =126%
it is all to do with how much of a macro you are set to have, not with how much of a macro compared with all other macros.

Had to buy a new scale for a second opinion. my old scale said I gained and the new scale said I lost. Im now in a relationship with new scale- it appreciates me:)0

By the way, two nsv's today. I had my blood drwan today, and I brought my A1c down from 6.5 in July to 5.9 today, which drops me out of diabetic to pre- diabetic, and I'm hoping to get it to 5.5 by Valentines Day. And per our daily challenge, I DID NOT stop at the wonderful bakery by my doctor"S office! That was a real challenge for me-- their orange sugar buns are the bomb!
