    Yes~it's looking like we might have a small team, but we will be mighty! :)

    It's hard to know who is active and who isn't. Not everyone is able to comment regularly throughout the week. What matters is that our team members are submitting their data each week, but even that is hard to know who is/isn't doing that. The best we can do is keep doing what we're doing, and hope others are as well. Even though this is a team challenge, it is about personal goals in the end. That's my 2 cents anyway.

    I have been in a really bad place for the last week, emotion wise. I am going to catch up now with all the challenges and update the challenge log. I am doing better right now.

    Challenge 1 Nov 16

    Favorite exercise: Yoga (hot) and walking
    Favorite healthy food: carrots
    Struggling Areas: emotions and how I react to another person. Impulse buying. If I do not have it in the house, I do not miss it.

    Goal for the week: From Friday until Monday, eat on plan
    Goal for the challenge (35 days): Eat on plan.

    Bust 45

    Challenge 2 Nov 17 - 19
    I am on the Jenny Craig diet, so it is difficult for me to not eat processed foods right now.

    Challenge 3 Nov 20 - 22
    Again, I am on Jenny Craig. They have their own snacks, which are either salty or sweet, but I am not adding any other sugar to my meals. I take my tea with just skim milk. My herbal tea has nothing in it. If I eat to plan, there is no sugar added. My goal for the rest of the week is to eat to plan.

    Today's side challenge is from Nov 20-22. It is to cut processed sugar and post how you are doing it.

    I thought I posted something here... ? well not here but earlier. Guess I didn't hit post.
    started creatine its not good for scale numbers ( holds water) but it sure helps for strength and endurance if you have never tried it

    Did well on sugar the only thing i ate was a fiber one bar pumpkin flavor so good worth the sugar

    Sorry haven't been watching the daily stuff to much... im here for the big weigh in part. but Ill go in tomorrow and fudge the stuff I missed.
    its winter here so walking isn't a big part of my life or job

    Did OK with the sugars. Nothing extra, outside of the JC food I eat. Only one more day for the sugars, before going on to the jumping jacks.

    weigh in Done! think my starting weight was off 1 lb so looks like I did better than I really did. love my new scale with .1lb increments
