I just restarted my fitness journey after a very long, and really unnecessary, break. I am having to find new ways to get active as my job has got me a lot busier nowadays. Eating "right" is a bit of a challenge for me too but I'm ready to get back at it and stick with it this time. I haven't lost too much muscle definition from my last journey, so starting back where I left off in that department won't be too much of a challenge I hope, I just have to motivate myself to get back in the weight room.
If anyone wants to, feel free to friend me. I am completely starting over on MFP with a clean slate, so as of right now I have no outside support besides myself and my husband.0 -

Hello, I'm kinda new to the website but would like to get involved so this seems perfect.

I know that may seem low but it's actually still healthy for my short height! I'd like to hit 100 pounds by late around February. I'm very inactive and would like to get motivated enough to maybe do some 20 minute workouts 2-3 times a week. I'd love find my "not that heavy twin" and maybe be friends0 -

I wish I knew my body fat percentage! Even at my most fit, doing sports with a teenager's metabolism, I've always had a little chub on my belly. I'm hoping to be in better shape overall, eat less candy, have a flatter tummy, and get my nice looking legs back0 -
