I buy my salad dressings from the produce departments. They have the bolthouse dressings, the lighthouse dressings, and the panera dressings. They are the best tasting and very low calorie, usually about 60 calories per two tbls.

OPA - It is a greek yogurt based dressing. The Kalamata Feta is really good. Also 60 calories/2Tbls.1

OPA is really good, second that. I use cottage cheese, too, not a dressing but it mixes nicely and low cal0

I third the Opa dressings. The ranch is my favourite.0

I make a very easy one. Don't even measure, just add to greens.
White Balsamic from Trader Joe's, Dijon mustard & EVOO, pinch of salt & pepper. Just test amounts you like. I use a lot more balsamic then oil. Hope you enjoy2 -
My favorite dressings are Marie's sesame ginger dressing, and Marie's cole slaw yogurt dressing. Not that they are super low calorie at all, but they have high flavor concentrated enough to compensate for using lesser quantity on my salads. That is the opposite for many 'low fat' dressings that for my tastes are gawdawful and cause me to skip salads all together rather than bother with non-tasty veggies. I'd always rather have a moderate amount real food with real flavor over non-fat, no-sugar stuffs with Frankenstein flavors & ingredients.0

My favorite is trader joes low fat Parmesan ranch dressing. Per 2 Tbsp. ,it has 30 cal and 1.5g of fat.2

Salsa! Makes a great flavorful low calorie no fat dressing. Especially with black beans, feta cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers, chick peas and bell peppers on the salad:)2

I make my own! Sometimes i bottle a lot at once but usually i just make enough for what i am eating. Vinegar (apple cider or red) and lemon juice and cracked black pepper are the basics. I add crushed garlic and cayenne pepper or tabasco if i have them. I love it and its much healthier!1

I like very simple dressing on my salad ... olive oil and cider vinegar ... I just dribble 1 T of oil over the top of the salad, then dribble on 1-1/2 T of vinegar over the oil. A sprinkle of sea salt and a couple of grinds of black pepper. .... I toss it about a bit with the fork as I'm eating it, and always have some left in the bottom of the bowl ... and I make a big salad.0

I like the Walden Farms sugar-free dressings, only 5 calories per tbsp. So far I like the Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Red Raspberry Vinaigrette, and just bought the 1000 Island (haven't tried it yet). They are really quite good.2

Walden Farms also has calorie free dressings. I tried the bacon ranch, it is so-so, I will have to try the ^^^0

if you're looking for healthy, which you probably are, ones that you can see through tend to be better for you. stay away from creamy dressings as best as you can! hope I helped!0

I make my own. Vinaigrettes are easy and changing vinegar types, provides a lot of variety, Use honey or Spenda for sweetener whatever herbs and spices strike my fancy. Make ahead if I have a planned menu otherwise last minute. If I'm eating out - dressing on the side or lemon juice.

I use straight balsamic vinegar from a specialty store here who specializes in just oil and vinegar. The vinegars have tons of flavor (they are infused with fruit and other flavors) and have 14 - 20 cals per tablespoon. I was there today and bought cranberry orange, black cherry and fig.1

Panera poppyseed0

OPA Blue Cheese. The best !0

Luv this one. 68 cal. per 2 Tbsp.
ORIENTAL DRESSING
3 T. honey
1 1/2 T. rice vinegar
1/4 c. mayo
1 t. dijon mustard
1/8 t. sesame oil
Mix well.2 -
Greek yogurt, lemon juice+black pepper, coconut-coriander leaves paste, these are my preferred salad dressings.0

I love to take a tablespoon or two of bbq sauce and add some basalmic vinegar to it. I know it sounds crazy but on a salad with some black beans, corn and chicken it is so good. Other than that, I make up my own and never measure anything out (usually a ranch style with greek yogurt, garlic and some seasonings) but straight up red wine vinegar is good too.1

I make my own organic strawberries olive oil apple cider vinegar. I also make a organic agave with organic mustard with onion powder and garlic powder.0

I love the Bolthouse brand that are made with yogurt. Between 20-25 cal tbsp. and the flavours are awesome. Everything from Ranch to Mango Chipotle, I'm partial to the Salsa Ranch at the moment. Best homemade spicy chicken taco salad ever!1

I like to make my own dressings too. Usually a vinaigrette except that I reverse the ratio of vinegar and oil using 1 part oil to 3 parts vinegar. I use olive or canola oil for the oil. Depending on my mood I have a variety of vinegars...red wine, red wine pomegranate, white and dark balsamic, apple cider, champagne, rice, and plain white. I will also use a squeeze of citrus (orange, lemon, lime, or grapefruit) if I have it, a little Dijon mustard, and a variety of herbs, spices, and other seasonings. If I want a creamy dressing I always use plain Greek yogurt as the base. I thin it with a little almond or cashew milk and add crumbles of blue or feta cheese, a little garlic, salt, and pepper. If I have tomato soup I mix it with a little Greek yogurt and make a "French" dressing. Or add a little less tomato soup and little more yogurt, stir in some relish and you've got 1000 Island.0
