    Shelley - I'll go on Amazon and look for a stretching DVD. Good advice.

    Chris - happy you were down!

    Paula - I thought I was the only one who waited in the morning before weighing in. :) My time is 7:30 -8:00. I find it makes a difference. On dats I go into the office and weigh in at 4:30 I can be up 2 lbs.

    Come on Paula! I wash them once a year, whether they need it or not. :laugh: Now go back to bed until that weight drops. Glad you are getting closer to your goal.

    I want into the 140's this month. I am closer. :wink:

    I completed KCM - Start Here DVD. I finished workout 1 which was 30 minutes of cardio. I felt okay so I I decided to do workout 2...strength training. I was not glistening when I finished but sweating.

    Oops Kathy, I was posting on the wrong one! :grumble: But it sure sounds like you rocked it. You can use my sleeve to wipe that sweat! High five girlfriend! Still using that 5 pounder?

    Kathy, you are braver than I am! I didn't even consider doing the second workout on that DVD...saved it for the next day! Nice going!

    I was down a bit more this morning. It only took two days to do the damage and two weeks to get rid of it! Man!

    No DVD today...got run over by our trainer and a TRX workout that's going to leave me sore tomorrow! I'm happy!

    I'm up to 163 again today, but it still feels temporary. Think it's gonna be 160 on Sunday. Maybe 159 if I weigh real late in the day. :smile:

    Hey I did not even see this. Thanks Kathy. Maybe we should try the library. Cheap way to try some out.! But the ones I listed are great. Tony Horton is awesome in it. Very encouraging.

    Was sick yesterday so stayed home. Did get my KCM DVDs ordered. Starting with Start Here and Slim Sculpting.

    Clara I do not have either of those. But Chris has both and likes them. And Kathy likes the Start Here. Get better and enjoy them when they arrive.

    Chris I am crossing my fingers for you also. I think I will wait until Saturday for my final weight this month. I am down a little also. Crossing my toes. Muahaha

    Took a rest day on Thursday. My shoulders were aching. Back on it today. Weighing in o Sunday...fingers crossed!

    Chris I'm happy you're down . Good luck today.

    Clara happy you're joining the KCM team! So far I like both DVDs I've tried. Going to stick with start here for a week to get both cardio & strength training.

    Paula, You've got this! Good luck with your weigh in.

    Crossing my fingers for everyone's weigh in! Very tired today as sister in law flew in from New Zealland yesterday and we stayed up talking.did keep my calories low yesterday and will do so today.

    I came in at 137.0 this morning! Down 1.6 from the beginning of the month. However on the 15th I was up to 141.4 and it's taken me this long to get back down. Hoping Sunday's weight will be even lower. We'll see. I am happy though.

    Shall we continue our challenge into February and March?? I say YES!!! What say you, my friends??

    Nice job Chris. I was up during the month also. Makes it harder to stay on track. And yes to February. If it was not for this side challenge I would not be going down slowly. :smile: Great job on your weigh in. I was at 150 this morning. I want to be 149 anything tomorrow.

    So yes, I will get a February one up soon. :wink:

    Lol, you 3 make me laugh! B) Well this morning I was at 149.2. Pom poms up! It was harder than it could have been. I only started getting serious the last two weeks. Got to keep doing better.

    I'm still bouncing, but it's in the low 160's instead of the 165's. :smiley:
