    Got in 10 on the ex bike at 4:30 am. Work was busy, I took two of the grandsons off the hands of the other grandparent at 2. Had to clean their house, do dishes & laundry while they napped. Mommy got home AFTER 5:30 so I missed my yoga class. Life is full of good intentions!

    I managed to walk w/DH and Bean this morning then I got on the recumbent for 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I went to 1st grade then I went to the gym w/DDD and met our trainer for an hour of hurt. I got my 40 assisted pull ups done and a 2.15 minute plank done! It's been a good day! I'm going to read now!

    @clepant Thanks! My surgery is happening on Monday.

    Since I blew my original goal away in 3 days, I'm upping my goal to 50 miles, subject to change based on recovery and whether or not I get to ride outside this weekend! (I won't lower it, but might raise it again!)

    I'm in for 145 miles this month (walking/biking/elliptical). I've been having a hard time averaging 5 miles a day when I'm working so much overtime, but I've decided to resist the urge to go lower than that. Our new hire will start the end of February and then it will "only" take about 6 months of training before the OT will be over :)
    2/1 to 2/3 - 18.33 miles walking/biking/elliptical
    Total to date - 18.33 of 145 miles

    @Lovemyalex - Looks like that knee is holding up well. Is it sore at all?

    @darkrider42 - Just missed you logging. :smile: I'm going to have to ski faster next time.
