Funny that yesterday I was 3 pounds down from last week and this morning I was only 1.9 pounds down. I'll take it though and consider it a really good week for me.

I had another decent week logging some mileage on the treadmill.

I have had a bad cold this week and it's killed my appetite.

Loss = 6.3
So, I will probably gain some of that loss back next week as I recover from the cold, but we'll see how it goes.0 -

Over the cold and still going in the right direction.

That's a more reasonable weekly loss for me than losing 6.3 pounds like last week. I will try to keep the good habits up for another week. Decided to check in on Thursday rather than Friday because I am going to my in-laws to eat corned beef for St. Paddy's day. I figured that salty corn beef will cause a big water gain, so I think I will skip the scale tomorrow morning.
My mother-in-law is Norwegian, but we're still celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Happy St. Patricks Day to all you men. Have a good week everyone.

Dave, Great job on another nice loss. I was expecting a bump up this week following your 6.3 last week.
I turned it around this week with a little better eating and sticking to my treadmill and outdoor walks.
