I have another week of work travel in the middle of the month, iffy spring weather, and the common cold so though I've been able to hold myself above my goal each month this year, I'm just not going to nudge myself over 75 just yet. I'd rather be over than under. That just sends me in a mental funk.0 -

@superfox12082: Ditto what Dave said but you also might pick up some KT tape or kinesiology tape at a sporting goods store or at Amazon. I have taped nearly everything on my body with it. It is great support. You can watch videos on YouTube on how to tape. I use the Pro KT tape as it stays on longer.

10 on ex bike at 4:30 this morning & planned to walk with furries when I got home from a doctors appointment for my DH (which was 80 miles away) but it got windy & cold so I got on ex bike for another 11 miles. 21 for the day & I'm ready for bed. Sure hope I start feeling better & get some happy energy!
