Looks like most of you are off to a good start this month. I had family visiting this week and most of my moving was doing touristy stuff by bicycle, not running. I really need to clean up my act, but not today - going to a seminar that will involve sitting on my tush. 24/75

A severely pulled hammie takes time to heal, but ice, ibuprofen, gentle stretching and some foam rolling are good. Hope you feel better soon. :flowerforyou:
