            April 2: So I am in the middle of my long run in the wind and cold and it opens up and starts raining. Fortunately I had my eCrumb running and my hubby was tracking me. He found me hunkered down on a porch of a church as I was waiting for it to let up. So I am back out tomorrow finishing it up.
 12.85 miles today of which 7.85 were running and 5 were walking miles.

            I'm sorry to say that after 50 consecutive MYA Challenges I've decided it's time to hang it up. Instead of running, I'm thinking of taking up Paddleboard Aerobics. I hear it's really good for the core and gets your heartrate up at the same time. But most of the people I know who do it are on the Standard Process Diet so I guess I'll be trying that. I'll only be able to eat a small list of fruits and vegetables and a couple of legumes, but I hear it really works. I hope I don't bulk up too much. I'm worried I might get too big when I tone up since a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat. Thank you all so much for being on this journey with me. I can't think of a better group of people to spend April Fools Day with.

 April 3: Snow on the ground this morning after my wind and rain out last evening.
 Adding 9.75 miles today. I got another 5.1 mile run in to make up for yesterday and also 4.65 miles of walking

 Tomorrow is back to school from spring break. My hubs and I busted our
 behinds getting exterior painting done on the house, it was seriously overdue. So now I need to go back to work for a break! Just kidding about a break, I teach 26 7-8 year olds
