Yeah, I am too. Up until around 1 month ago, I slept like a rock. Now, between the new diuretic and falling asleep on the couch at 8, I wake up during the night at least twice. Oh well, such is life. :p

    4.3 (77.4) That's pretty low.
This is why the whole diabetes thing is so hard for me to figure out. I had a big bowl of multi-grain cheerios around 9 pm. I thought for sure my sugars this morning would be through the roof. Instead, I have a headache and an aching stomach. And I'm starving.
    And, I'm out of tylenol.

Well, that's what I thought. It went up after Shredded Wheat and a banana, but not after Cheerios.

Must be because the cherios were multi-grain? The oats variety always puts me into a high sugar mode, as do bananas. I find ANY cold cereal does it to me, it doesn't matter if it was an evening snack or a breakfast dish. (high blood sugars that or the next day)

Nikion those were the first 2 foods I had to elinate from my menus...oatmeal and bananas. I get A1C checked every 3 months so immediately following my Drs appt I have something I normally do not allow myself....well most people would probably pick chocolate , fries etc. Me? I eat a banana....it tastes so good lol

Not sure if you have Laura Secord chocolate where you are, but they make sugar free chocolates. And, without the nasty side effects that the Russel Stovers sugar free chocolates have. And, they are just as tasty as the regular chocolates.

I never check till an hour after I have exercised...especially vigorous workout. It's usually lower past the hour :)
