    Struggles/Successes:
    Stress eating is one of my biggest downfalls. That combined with a trip last week put me up a few pounds, but I'm happy to report that I lost that weight plus an extra pound.

    Had about ten bad days. Didn't gain but didn't lose. Finally got back on track and down again. I eat when I am tired and working night shift means the struggle is constant! It's a marathon, not a sprint... Ok for this challenge it's like a sprint ;)

    - gained 1.2lbs on vacation...not great...was hoping good choices + exercise would allow me to hold even, but didn't maintain the normal deficit (thanks, vacation wine!) Here is to a better "next" week.

    Finally back on track. Cravings are killing me, but I am discovering good alternative foods (fruits, nuts) - and my new favorite snack: a cooked soft tortilla with hot sauce -- It's great for boosting my water consumption, too ;-)

    Totally late to the Friday check in with last week but I added the weight from 4/18 - better late than never?

    It was a rough week for sure! I shifted my workout days and it was a hard adjustment for me. Still getting 5x a week, thinking about bumping up to 6x. I feel like I lose a lot of momentum with two days of rest, so maybe only one day will help.

    Awesome effort here from EVERYONE!!

    Gained again. .6. Ugh. I have this awful craving every night for sweet stuff.

    Check out Whole30 on-line. My sugar cravings were gone in three days...that is so not me in the past!

    I'm going to have to check out the Whole30 too, I am always craving sweet things (although I've been really good at not indulging lately). I have PCOS and it literally makes me crave carbs almost constantly so it's a tough battle! :p
