@JANET - See how things just work out sometimes? I don't really mind doing updates over the weekend as they don't take but a couple of minutes. The part that's difficult for me is *remembering* to do it.

I am severely dragging my @ss. I have felt sooo tired this week that my drive home after work has been sorta scary. I see the doctor tomorrow for that lovely female yearly check up & I will be asking about the severe fatigue. I did get in 10.25 on the ex bike before work.

I got a good 8.2 mile stationary bike ride in this morning. GF "strongly suggested" I not do a treadmill run this morning and let my knee keep trying to heal completely. She might* have a point...but I don't like not running.
