POST YOUR WEIGHT IF YOU DARE!!!

Let's do something brave here and post some dimensions. I'll start first - My name is Chuck and I am 5'10" and weigh 233 lbs. That is a ridiculous amount of weight for my frame and being at that weight has had a decidedly negative effect on my life, physically and mentally. My ideal, super healthy weight is probably somewhere around 165, but I could live with 180. That's 53 lbs that need to leave my middle section. That would literally change my life. If you want to join in, please do. This is a SAFE PLACE OF ENCOURAGEMENT.

My name is Jane, I am 5'7 1/2, and as of today I am 163lbs, ideally I would like to get down to 130, but I'll be happy with 140 with added muscle build. So I have at least 23lbs to lose.15

I'm 5'11" and 242 but was 265 sixteen months ago (weight loss stalled because I got lazy in both tracking my calories and exercise). I'm aiming for 180 but will reassess when I get there. Everything is harder with these extra pounds. For example, I love camping/hiking but have done less of it because of the weight -- I get tired quicker and things that were always fun for me now seem like a chore. It wasn't that tough in my 20s and 30s when I gained the weight (2001 was the last time I was under 200), but that decade and a half has taken a toll. I want to be a better role model for my kids.11

I am 5'4" and 180 pounds. I'll probably feel my best at about 140-150, but I'm not married to that number. I'm more focused on how my body looks and feels than what the scale says. I know I need to drop at least 10 more pounds!11

I am 5'4 and 181 lbs. I want to get some where between 145-160. I want to be able to fit my old clothes and I want to feel like myself. I am too young to be getting up in the morning and having my knees and ankles be super stiff. I would also love to stop snoring, I would occasionally snore in the past (during allergy season) but now I snore most nights. I started at 203 and I have already noticed the pain in my ankles go away and now I snore less so there's hope!12

My name is Kaela. I am 5'2 and weight 146. Waist 34.5 hips 39.5. I'd love to get down to 130 including added muscle toning. About five years ago I was over 200 pounds and I lost about 60 but this last 20 is a real struggle and I go up and down a lot.15

Hi my name is Elia. I am 5'4 and weigh in at 187. I should be shooting for 130/140 lbs but will be ecstatic to get to 150. I've been using this app for almost 2 yrs off and on with my first weigh in at 236. I've never joined a group or posted before so I'm excited to see how this helps me on my journey. My life is drastically less stressful now than it has ever been and I have all the tools I need to be healthier!13

Hey everyone I'm Abby! I'm 5'5" and I'm currently 142 (started at 151 in February). This is the heaviest I've been excluding pregnancy, and since I *did* manage to lose all the baby weight after my youngest it's all on me and my poor habits this time around. I'm aiming for 125-130 and to be consistent and better with both my food and exercise habits.8

5'8 and 172 (I was 194 at the beginning of the year). I'd like to be 150-160. Slowly, but surely I'll get there.7

Hello. I'm Robert. I'm 6'4" and weigh 240lbs. Which would be awesome if I were a tight end for the Packers. But alas I'm a location scout who spends too much time in the driver seat of my car.
Although after I college I was 168 - I looked silly skinny. My long term goal is an even 200. Short term is 215.
Thanks for your support. Doing this for my kids!
Here we go...15 -
Hi, I'm Jen. I am 5'6" and weigh 169. I'm still trying to loose the weight that I gained during pregnancy almost 2 years ago. I'd ideally like to get down to 140-145.6

I'm Peter and I am 5'9" and am 270lbs. I want to lose about 80 pounds to make it about 190lbs. However I want to gain some muscle in the process.5

I'm Liz and I am 5'4" and 149 lbs. Working from home, I get in literally around 800 steps. I'm trying to get 3 miles/7500 steps in every day. Since the group, I drop my daughter off to school a little early and walk to the park that is near. I listen to podcasts-what I want (usually SYSK of course) until my "work day" begins at 8 and then work-related podcasts until I get home. I get in 2 miles before I get back to the car. It's been really enjoyable so far and I'm meeting my goal on most days. My weight has not moved at all, but I feel less stressed and look forward to my walks Thanks for creating this group!7

Hello! I'm Nea, I'm a 20 year old undergrad from Oregon currently studying in Tokyo! I'm 5'8 and weigh 223 as of last nights. I'm getting married in a year and at my first wedding dress fitting I had a 45" bust, a 40" waist and 50" hips. I'd like to get back to my healthier weight of 170 but my first goal is 200. I'm also learning to lift and I love lifting heavy things (my favorite thing to lift is still my two year old nephew).8

I'm Aaron. Just turned 30. I'm 5'8" and weight 243 lbs. I've always lifted weights pretty heavy and consistently, so I've got a bigger frame and some muscle. When I got back from Iraq in 08' I was 200 lbs and very little fat, so I think I'm going to shoot for 210 and try to keep lifting heavy.3

I'm Kate, 54 years old, 5' 5'', and weighed in at 155 this morning. Ideally, I'd be at 125, but 130 would be a healthy and (theoretically) maintainable weight for this woman who loves to cook and eat.3

Hi! I'm Julie. I'm 5'6" and 158 pounds. I was 175 four years ago, and after starting Weight Watchers I got down to 134. I kept the weight off until last year, when I started letting things slide. I gave up on WW when the point system I was accustomed to changed, so I'm hoping that My Fitness Pal will get me back on track.2

Hi! I'm Phoebe and I'm 5'7 and about 190. About six years ago I lost about 50 lbs and weighed about 150 through adopting a mostly plant based and non processed food diet. It was great! I'd like to get back there. I felt so good about myself!2
