I am joining late but would still like to jump on board to stay accountable. Hubby and I started a challenge so this community keeps me focused in losing 2 lbs in May for that challenge and hoping to come close to this one. Good Luck!

Back down from my sushi night, but no more losses this week. May and June are rough months for staying on track, I have a birthday party or family event every weekend from Mother's Day until the 4th of July. I hope I can stay on track! My scale broke and I refuse to buy another one right now so I'll go by how my favorite jeans fit (or not!). Based on that, I haven't lost ANY weight in the past 10 days. Discovering the most delicious GF/DF snack bar last week definitely has NOT helped!
Does anyone else depend mostly upon body weight exercises for building muscle?0 -

I've changed my goal weight from 120 to 125. I'm planning a recomp-type program once I'm at goal, and I don't think I would have enough body fat at 120 to make it worth the effort--I'd probably end up having to add 5 lbs of muscle anyway, and I'd rather not lose the weight only to have to put it back on.
My point is, now that I've changed my goal, I'M ONLY 2.8 LBS AWAY!!!2 -

Sorry. I don't. I have a barbell (40lbs) and free weights. I also have a weight machine, but use it mostly for leg extensions and kickbacks, and lateral pull downs...0 -
