Had one day where I said screw it and went over by 400 with the excuse I was having a day out with my significant other and donated blood but every other day I've stayed just below 15000

Well, total crap food yesterday, but was still under. Made some yummy, but not so nutritious choices so far today. Should still be under tonight. Just over two weeks strong1

Had a really bad day and ended up having a few drinks to calm down so I went over count by 190. Still feel bad and not sure what to do but I refuse to go over any more. That means drinking and eating is out. What do normal people do for comfort?0
