    I'm adding 10 miles for walks around the DC area over the last week. While I was gone, the doctor contacted me with MRI results. I have a non-displaced stress fracture on my right arm, just below the shoulder. If I get my miles this month, it will be on the stationary bike.

    Back from NYC, had a fabulous time as usual. I ended up logging 67043 steps, which came out to 31.75 miles since Sunday. I'm going to log 15 miles. We did long walks and I think it's fair. Now to go count the carbs I ODd on. Bagels and pizza, food of the gods ...

    Walked w/DH early this morning...got to 99 degrees in our backyard this afternoon...then got on the recumbent for 53 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out to a strength DVD for 40 mins. Done!

    Yikes Just Ceci! Sorry to hear about your stress fracture. Is it a result of your fall. I will keep you in my prayers for a quick recovery.
