I did my weight watchers weigh in yesterday and was 284lb which I was very happy with. I am excited at the prospect of getting in to 270's soonish2

The scale has been really nice lately. I've replaced walking each evening with water aerobics twice a week because of the Texas heat. I'm down to the 280s!5

Got on the scale the other day . Gained back to 322 with all the stress my family has been through since April. Trying to unload Wight has been a loss but at least I'm not back to 3300

Still not back on the wagon (as you may have noticed from my absence here for the last month or two.)
I weighed myself this morning, as Sunday was my weigh-in day before I got totally derailed.

I haven't really gained since I got off track; I stay between 267 and 270. But for the first day in months, I logged all of my meals! A step in the right direction!2 -

Well, I'm back again!
I gained all my weight back + 17 more pounds ending up at 317 lbs as of 1/1/2017 and made a New Year's Resolution to start again but got side-tracked with an eating disorder diagnosis of BED (Binge Eating Disorder) that I think I'm finally starting to get under control (as in no episodes for 3 weeks). I also finally got back into meal tracking again on MFP but only consistently for the last 10 days or so but I think it's becoming a habit again--I hope so as I think it helps me stay on track.
So...
Starting weight (again) as of 1/1/2017: 317 pounds.
Last weigh in on 5/20/2017: 273 pounds (I typically weigh in on Mondays).
