    Good to see so many of you back. I've lowered my goal to 50 this month because I have some unusual things going on. I am starting marathon training later this month so I should be logging some good miles next month. Good luck all in October!

    Oct. 1: Got a longer run in today. There is still hope to train for my 10 miler.
    Adding 12.91 miles of which I ran 5.41 miles, walked 2.25miles and cyclef 5.25 miles.
    TTD: 12.91 miles

    4.5 walking with fur babies. It actually got hot today. (84*) Suppose to be rain this week and very close to freezing at night. May have to pick the pumpkins!!
    Will make a ticker tomorrow after my Sept miles get added but for now it is 4.5 of 150.

    A good start to the month especially today when I managed my first purposeful 2 miles since I broke my foot 3 months ago. Just about reached 3 mph! Phew got overheated as I am now so unfit. TTD 7 miles
