    Well... I am guilty of weighing myself everyday. It has become an obsession. I have also noticed that my scale and the one at the Dr. are different. But I can now
    say without a doubt I am officially back in the 200's! I'm so super excited about this and it is such a huge motivator knowing how much time and effort I'm putting into getting healthy and it is finally paying off! I would like to meet that 40lbs gone by my 40th bday

    I've been at a stand-still for a couple weeks. I began a new medication that has a side effect of weight gain and bloating. I'm not losing, but at least I'm not gaining.

    Total loss 45 lbs. I haven't weighed myself in the last 2 weeks because I was on a horrible plateau and I got fed up with it. I finally stepped back on the scale and I've noticed a shift so I'm back

    I also weigh in every day but I use an app called MY weight on my phone the reason is I found in the beginning I was losing weight 1 one and then nothing for the the next 2 weeks then I found this app and it has a cool graph on it that shows all the ups and downs and now I can see my trends better I'm also a bit of a tech /gadgety person and very visual I like graphs etc :smile:

    And I love the love fact that I can see you carrying 2 cats and a jug of milk :smiley:

    I did my weight watchers weigh in yesterday and was 284lb which I was very happy with. I am excited at the prospect of getting in to 270's soonish :)

    Got on the scale the other day . Gained back to 322 with all the stress my family has been through since April. Trying to unload Wight has been a loss but at least I'm not back to 330

    Still not back on the wagon (as you may have noticed from my absence here for the last month or two.) :disappointed:
    I weighed myself this morning, as Sunday was my weigh-in day before I got totally derailed.

    Current weight: 269

    I haven't really gained since I got off track; I stay between 267 and 270. But for the first day in months, I logged all of my meals! A step in the right direction!

    I've been logging and staying in a deficit but on a killer plateau so I haven't posted on here.

    Current weight: 310 lbs

    I'm 6 lbs down since July. I lost momentum big time

    Well, I'm back again!

    I gained all my weight back + 17 more pounds ending up at 317 lbs as of 1/1/2017 and made a New Year's Resolution to start again but got side-tracked with an eating disorder diagnosis of BED (Binge Eating Disorder) that I think I'm finally starting to get under control (as in no episodes for 3 weeks). I also finally got back into meal tracking again on MFP but only consistently for the last 10 days or so but I think it's becoming a habit again--I hope so as I think it helps me stay on track.

    So...
    Starting weight (again) as of 1/1/2017: 317 pounds.
    Last weigh in on 5/20/2017: 273 pounds (I typically weigh in on Mondays).
    Total lost so far: 44 pounds.
