    I shall weigh in the morning (I'm scared!) and will enter my stats then.
    The whole month of December has screwed me right up and I'm terrified of what I'm going to see on those scales but I'm ready to get back at it.

    Good morning! I stopped my IF routine and upped my carbs for the holidays as well. Ready, willing, and able to kick it back into gear!

    The scale is staying up even though I've been back on track for almost a week. I miss the whoosh from when I first started keto. :tongue (Normally when I get back on the wagon I lose at least 1-2 lbs of water weight right away.) Hopefully the scale and my bloated belly will get with the program soon so most of my jeans will fit again.

    Back on track today, and better since I got home from holiday travels on 12/30. I'm not fully keto, I do lchf and aim to stay at 20% carbs. I'm down 2 lb of water weight in 3 days, 179 on the scale this morning despite drinking last night.

    Count me in too. I've been struggling since the summer! My lowest weight was 165 and I hit 177 the other day which did me in. New Year's Eve I decided to LCHF again, get back on the wagon, and 3 of those pounds have abandoned ship now. \o/

    Start weight: 177 Dec 30
    Current weight: 174
    Goal for Jan 31: 165

    Might be over shooting it hoping for ten pounds this month, but time will tell and I can adjust that goal in Feb if it is not reasonable.

    Hope it's ok to join on day 2. I fell off the low carb wagon about 6 months ago. My starting weight is 333.8 and my goal by end of January is 315 as I expect to lose water weight quickly.

    I have tried various breakdowns, but this LCHF baseline seems to work best for me.

    Zero alcohol
    Shouldn't be hard as drinking has made me feel like crap lately.

    Continue on with my workouts
    This part is easy for me. It's the poor eating that negates all of the hard work.

    This is my time to do this. It's for me.
