@mae918 So glad to see you back. My first streak was in some strange way helped by seeing your numbers grow as well. I don't know how long it takes to build up a strong habit against BINGE but 60 days was not enough for me! And yet I know we did it before. Good Luck to you on getting back in control of your journey.

Thank you @hillmike56! I'm glad we worked together in a way for the last long streak.
Ya know, 80 days or so was my longest, and it wasn't enough to make a permanent fix for me. I disappeared partly because I was hosting company at my house for more than a week and part because it was discouraging to have so many binge days. I'm back :)

It's inspiring to hear that some of you have had quite long stretches between binges... I don't really know how long I have ever gone between binges because I have never held myself accountable properly or been open with anyone else about it being an issue. I know I have had good patches in the past because I have had short periods of time where I was a healthy weight.

Last year was terrible and I gained over 20kgs (44lbs) in the months AFTER my son was born just from secret binges. That's in addition to the weight I gained when pregnant. I have about 88lbs to lose, so am aiming for the stars and hoping to keep binges at bay as much as possible. Thanks for this group, it's really helping!

Finally back home and with a computer, and perhaps into some semblance of normality after the big xmas binge week at the mother in laws :( and the travel home. Hope to get back into the exercise routine @mae918 with 3 work outs per week!

@lamlam2013 - The best part of having a bad couple days is remembering how many good days you've had, and helping keep perspective... You WILL rebound...you can trust in that.

2/3 workouts @mae918, a leg workout in the morning, followed by a walk in the arvo (yes, i am considering walking as a workout these day :) )

I had a couple of days of not checking in and look what happened! I honestly don't even know what triggered it. Yesterday was the worst binge day I've had for awhile, but I re-set myself this morning and feel back on track. It's Tues evening here in Australia and I am about to go to bed... so I think I won today!

Thank you for all being so honest here about your own battles/journeys. Here's to having more binge-free days than not!

Welcome back @Kristykris31 I was hoping you hadn't left the post. I like this quote from Albert Einstein.

“You never fail until you stop trying.”
