I earned 3 points yesterday and i have 38 points total
trying for 200 points this month and i will buy myself a new pair of jeans from someplace fancier then walmart. So for January's 11 my goals are
1. Log and measure all my food
2. Hit my protein goal
3. Stay under my sodium
4. Drink at least 3 of my water bottles worth of water
5. Spend at least 20 minutes doing physical activity
6. Limit myself to 2 diet pepsi today
7. Stay away from carb/junk snacks (protien or veg)
8. Go to bed before 11:00 pm (with no electronics)
9. Work on blanket for 1 hour
10. Work on organizing my filing cabinet since im not at work

I dont even remember posting my goals this morning. I never did get that sleep. My daughter was in a car accident yesterday that she thankfully walked away from but we spent all night in the emergency room....my van is a total loss.... Stress not relieved.0 -

My work days are that long because I am a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner that works for a large medical group covering several NICUs in my area. I work a 24 hour shift in whichever NICU I am covering for that day. We see patients, do medical procedures, go to deliveries, admit patients, etc. I am available for the whole 24 hour hours for that day. I do have a call room where I can take down time when I am not busy. Generally work 2 shifts/week. Hahaha you can see why I said it is sometimes difficult for me to post daily

That is crazy, I would be so sleep deprived all the time. I have a had time maintaining sleep in general though. It must be nice to have five days off a week though!0 -
@Italian_Buju It is amazing what a person can get used to LOL. Actually even when I am home I dont sleep more than 4-5 hours a night anyway. The days off make it work. I went into work Thursday morning at 7am...left to go home at 8am Friday and I dont have to go back until Tuesday morning.0
