@hillmike56 that's a fantastic streak! Congratulations on achieving a normal BMI, what a huge effort.
I am aiming big this year, I literally have 80lbs to lose thanks to a terrible binging year last year... a few things are motivating me. 1, my mum is in her 50s and at risk of a heart attack or stroke with her high blood pressure (and she's only a little overweight).
2, I am maid of honor in two weddings later this year. The timeline for when I need to fit in a dress is helping me to stay on track because I'd really like to not be focused on my weight...and the fear of binging impacting my health is pushing me to try to fight it!2 -

1/3 workout @mae918 , a slow 7 km run as part of our annual Super Sevens fun run event - 7 weeks of 7 km runs.... was hard but felt good at the end.
Had some chatter from the Binge today a case of 'must finish the plate' came into it, i had felt the full feelings but continued anyway...... easy to slip into a binge from there........5 -

@Kristykris31 what you didn't see is that I was able to fight the BINGE for 60 straight days and loose 20lbs in December and get to my normal BMI. It's been great not having to have a New Years resolution about weight except maintenance. Even came out of my man cave and have been going to live instructor lead Yoga class recently. Was always too concsciense of my weight to do a downward facing dog before except in front of a DVD. I'm staying here in the community and trying remember that the BINGE can sneak and steal my success. But thanks for hanging here in our group. Keep going it sounds like your understanding how to fight BINGE! It was my key in the battle past and in the future!
You have inspired me @hillmike56 !

Had a few strong urges to binge today. Reminded myself that I could have a snack that was within my plan. Got through it without giving in.5 -

Husband is on night shift and I was so close to a binge tonight (like literally standing at my pantry!)... but I talked myself out of it, chugged some water, brushed my teeth and called a friend so that I could distract myself. Now I am off to bed while I am still ahead!

This is the first month that I have participated, but it seems like there's been one every month for awhile! You could just jump into the thread now if you wanted though.0 -

In my real world at my gym a young guy complimented me about my weight loss. With a couple of beers after work which normally I could handle in this battle. But with my ego stroked and the BINGE voice saying hey come on you earned this! Another BINGE victory was recorded this month. Okay our foreign friends here might not get this but what a great day for an American to start a 100 day streak. We will hear about the 1st 100 days in April. I'm a little blue dot in a state of red trying to get there with the slogan "Yes I Can". Of course not wanting to cause any division here if we "Make America Great Again" this little blue dot is for that as well!

I'm in my hometown for a 5-day trip and I always gain weight here, but I'm doing really really well sticking to my food plan. All of my favorite foods are here and I'm not indulging...Not fully avoiding everything, but I'm really glad with the choices I'm making5 -

Hi I've been MIA for a while, I've had a terrible time eating everything in site. I have been free for 6 days now and I have upped my running which helps. I am off to Liverpool for a city break on Wednesday I plan to try really hard to be sensible. Keep everything crossed for me3
