Lots of updates. I read through everything so nice job to all for progressing. Hang in there to those with challenges. The weekend was challenging for me as I over ate quit a bit even while staying in ketosis. It started out as nearing TOM issue but later just turned into unnecessary eating. Oh well, a new week. So I will try to make this one a better one.

    Week: 7 Workout: #1

    Squats 72 lb 4 × 6

Bench Press 53 lb 4 × 6 (dropped the weight lightly as I try to get my costochondritis to heal)

DD my weekend was similar to yours only I'm positive I wasn't in ketosis. ha
I'm proud of myself this month for doing both strong lifts and p90x (the weightlifting part anyway) however because it takes so much time to both of those things coupled with sick kids all month I haven't been reaching my goal for my daily burn. I'm still losing weight though so I can't be too discouraged but not sure I will continue the same program next month.
    Down almost 15 pounds!

almost forget SL done and day 1 of week 3 for p90x. Hoping to get a run or walk in yet.

    Good job everyone!

    Squats: 5x5 @ 130
    Benchpress (making up for Sat): 1x5 @ 50, 1x5 @ 55, 1x5 @ 60
    Seated OHP: 5x5 @ 50
Deadlifts: 1x5 @ 140. Can I just say how silly it looks to have 2.5 lb fractionals on next to the big 45s? Pretty silly.

I finally had a .5 lb loss this morning, after being stalled for several weeks. It's been hard to keep my eating under control so I'm not really surprised I stalled, but it's been frustrating.

Rachael, HUGE congrats on 15 lbs loss. I feel on you on the sick kid thing. Boy do we women manage a lot.
Amy, great job on the .6 lbs loss. That's awesome.

Yes, the eating has been a little shaky for us sometimes but we got this. We are going to hold on to the KEY ingredient which is CONSISTENCY! As long as we don't give up and keep doing the right thing most of the time, we will continue to see progress. Great job everyone!

Strong lifts done. Kept all weights the same. Decided to forgo P90x for now and got a 4 mile run instead. For now I want to focus on losing weight. I will pick up P90x when I get closer to my goal.

Hi all, sorry Ive been absent. Still nursing my leg a bit and taking a break from lifting. My diet is on point and I still feel good about my progress. I'd like to get a weightlifting session in before the week is out though!

Great job everyone, and keep up the good work!

    Amy, congrats on your progress.
Rachael, I feel on the desire to focus on fat loss.
Mary, great job foregoing the valentine treats.
Kirstie, that's awesome that you've stayed focus on diet in spite of other challenges. We all know that's the bigger part when it comes to fat loss.
