    @KnitOrMiss Hey I wanted to thank you for a suggestion about my maintenance mode being too strict. This weekend was better in that I bumped up the calorie counts and was able to fight the BINGE successfully. Time will tell of course but at least it seems like I not as rudderless with a PLAN forward.
