Reminder Bump - for newbies and those of us with forgetfulness0

Alright...MFP is being really hinky. I went in and looked at the tags and it's coded right. But MFP is rerouting it back here. No idea why. But...
"quote" his post in the thread and go into the url tag and Copy the url between the quotation marks. Paste it in your browser. The link works.1 -
I went into the tags through quoting it and ripped the url out of the tag. Here you go.
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_st_price-asc-rank?keywords=ketogenic&sort=price-asc-rank1 -

Good catch @baconslave!
I gave embedding links a rest last time it fouled up; looks like it's time for another break.1 -

What do you think of the book?
It is a winner. It has a good summary of the diet and its reasoning at the beginning (Like our sticky it covers everything from cholesterol rising to keto flu) I used some of the appetizer recipes for Christmas. The regular recipes are straight forward and tasty. Particularly liked their slow cooked ribs. It does not assume that you have all the time in the world, so food processors and slow cookers are often recommended. Nor does it assume skills. Its omelet lesson was quick and useful. Some recipes are obvious; like cauli-rice but most have a nice twist and good taste. Fast and easy.
Thanks for your link.1 -
