Measurements were interesting - mostly good, down in some areas, up in others...most of the up was only 1/4 inch, which I discount as water weight...however my butt was up 1.5 inches - so that's good since I've been trying to work the glutes!!! Overall it was kind of stagnant...started Leangains last Thursday...we will see how that goes...the first week was kind of just getting used to it and had some cravings, which I don't like at all.2 -

Been hanging between 183-185 for the past few months but I'm finally down a little. Also got a ketone meter and after upping my fat I'm in ketosis now. My blood ketone meter read 0.7 this morning! I have never gotten a reading above 0.3. I may not have been losing weight according to the scale and my measurements haven't changed much but my body is obviously changing because so many people have told me how thin I'm getting and clothes are getting too big. So something's been happening.5 -

Had a couple pints and few slices on Sunday. +6 pounds on the scale Monday morning, it's mostly gone, and I'm back into ketosis, .9mmol/l this morning. I think my TDEE is badly miscalculated and I'm running too large of a deficit. I've only gone running twice this week, cheated one day, and still watching the pounds drop off.5 -

Oh how right I was! Got home Sunday and Monday morning scale said 236. Ouch! This am it says 229. Too bad my self imposed weigh in day is Wed. I bet all the water finishes sluffing off by tomorrow.2 -

Scale dropped to 129.6! Then worked its way up to 133.8. :tongue (Post-race/ extra meals out estimating calories/TOM) So I was happy to see it drop again.

I'm still reverse dieting, just bumped calories up to 1600/day + trying to figure out how much of my exercise calories to eat back. My Fitbit tells me I burned over 2300 today (over 17,000 steps!!). My Fitbit doesn't know I have PCOS though.2 -

So, given all the insanity lately I've maintained weight for 3 weeks. I'm pretty impressed with me...this may be the longest I've ever maintained. lol5 -
