MFP is stuck on 235 steps with the Fitbit today when I'm up to 5145 steps. Anyone else having any issue?

I should add: specific issue is that Fitbit seems to get the data from MFP so it knows about my food, but MFP seems to not be getting data from Fitbit as of about 10pm Central time last night (based on the steps it's displaying).9

I'm having issues1

More specific it's the steps that it won't calculate1
-
Yup I'm having issues too. Started last night.1

I'm able to sync my food from MFP to Fitbit but not able to sync my steps from Fitbit to MFP. Ha this happened to anyone before, does it just sort itself out?4
-
Yep, 0 steps, syncs fine with the steps done according to the iphone1
-
Does it just sort itself? Do we report??1

My Fitbit blaze and phone are correct it's just steps in MFP this isn't correct2

Hubby had trouble with MFP not reading steps earlier this week, and now it seems to be my turn.0

Similar Problem0

same...I am going to leave for a bit and see if it sorts itself out.0

MFP is still not syncing my Fitbit activity, I had to log it manually! smh.0
-
Mine won't sync either.0

Same here! Hope it sorts itself out. X0

Same here. Tweeted to MFP Ops. There was a problem a couple of days ago as well. Food from MFP syncing to Fitbit Reinstalled MFP as well didn't do the trick.1

Same here in UK .. does seem to happen from time to time. Other apps getting data from fitbit seem to be receiving it OK, and fitbit is getting MFP food data OK, so I guess the issue is the MFP end (again!). Great when it works, but just isn't anything like 100% reliable.0

Yup. It started happening to me last night as well. I can't get it to sync regardless of what I do.1
-
Yes me too I went for a big walk so I can eat Easter egg but I can't till I see the calories on mfp0
-
Hope it rectifies itself soon x but glad I know it's not my end0

I'm having the same problem. hasn't synced even a step since more than 24 hours0

Go into myfitnesspal, revoke access then restore access. Worked for me1
-
I solved the issue by revoking access from fitbit settings then disconnecting fitbit from MFP, I then connected fitbit from MFP apps and it synced try that people, hope it works for you too.
I did what this post said

I actually am online with fitbit support about this right now. I revoked MFP access and the reallowed after restarting my one it's tracking today. But it still has nothing for yesterday. Does anyone know anything about the big red minus sign that shows next to the fitbit calorie burn? Because it's missing from my exercise screen yesterday.0

Is there an support area here? Does MFP have chat support?1

Hi I've managed to get it to add my steps so far but then when I re sync it doesn't carry on calculating the steps if that makes sense0
-
5 star Shelley one you've revoked and then it's added the info if you do more steps and synced again does it continue to add them??0
-
Revoking access and readding it worked for me.... but it will not continued to sync after that point in time.2
-
That's like mine katie0
-
revoking and re-linking finally worked for me after the third attempt, fingers crossed it will continue to sync the rest of the day. I hope this doesn't become a regular issue1
