@livingandlovinglife, I agree that the love of the Express series goes on forever . I've been considering and wondering about the Miracle Miles new kind of fitness band,,,, why do you seem to prefer the stretchie band over it?? I really am interested in knowing. Thanks :flowerforyou:

Woke up with a sore throat yestereday. After next to know sleep last night because I couldn't breath for having to blow my nose, I went to the doctor. I have the flu. I had a flu shot in November. Anyway, it looks like Sunday before I will feel like getting in some walking per the doctor.

I'm so sorry AnnofB that you have the flu. Being sick like that definitely drains our bodies of all energy. Do rest as much as possible dear one. Sending you some virtual chicken soup, some tea and honey if you like it ☕, and some hugs.

Thank you! You are doing an awesome job! I love the Miracle miles program. The band is great because you can work the upper and lower body. The DVD is amazing too. I think that I prefer the Express series with the stretchie band for now, because I am so comfortable with it. I have been using it to increase my workout from one mile to two miles. Eventually, I'm going to get out of my comfort zone and include the Miracle miles too. It's a more rigorous workout for me, because I'm not used to it yet.☺1 -
