Good Morning. After a 340 going to bed, I awoke to a 108.1
-
1440
-
Yesterday was 110 & today was 1071

I was out of town for the weekend, so, I'm catching up here...
June 17th (Saturday): 84
June 18th (Sunday): 90
June 19th (Monday): 91
On another positive note, I got some great results back from my diabetes follow-op visit with my PCP on June 13th.
The following are the items that were always "red flags" during my Dr visits in 2017 but are now improved...
Weight: 262 (was 317 in Jan2017)....still one of those "red flags" but it's heading in the right direction.
A1C: 5.4 % (was 7.0 % in Jan2017).
Fasting Glucose: 96 (was 162 in Jan2017).
Triglycerides: 145 (was 331 in Jan2017).
VLDL: 29 (was 66 in Jan2017).
Things that have helped me make these improvements during the last 6 months:
Changing my meal frequency to every 3 hours, so, that's basically my meals at 9am, noon, 3pm & 6pm.
Taking Metformin, 850mg, twice/day with meals (meal #2 & #3).
Taking Invokana, 300mg, once/day at bedtime.
Taking Levemir, 27 units/day at bedtime (was 60 units/day in Jan2017).
Taking Novolog, 10 units/day with meals (was 120 units/day in Jan2017).
Taking Topamax, 75mg, once/day at bedtime (for reducing urges to binge eat--a BIG problem for me in the past).
Note: I'm following a 2000 calorie diet with 40% of calories from fat, 30% of calories from protein & 30% of calories from carbs, but being careful with the high-glycemic foods since they can trigger binge episodes in me.3 -

The last five weeks I've had about 26% of my readings be too low. I told my Dr and he took me off of one of my meds. Yay! So, within the last 5 months, I've cut my meds 2x per day to 1x per day to now just 1 med a day. Moving in the right direction! Woohooo.6 -

I'm doing all right - trying to break carb addiction AGAIN! Today I am down to 201. Finally tracking way better now and trying to lower carbs. Next to get some exercise going again. Thanks for asking @ConleighS1 -
