    Haha! Yes I know, I have been swimming but have been absent because my swims have not been very inspiring. Also it is the end of the school year and have been super busy with kids' activities.

    However, this afternoon I am taking the train to Riccione on the Adriatic coast for the Italian National Masters Championships so wish me luck!

    My races are 100 free, 100 back, 50 free and 4 relays.

    Swam today, 1600 meters between rain/storms today. Hoping the weather gets better so that I can go at least once more this week outside! I find it much nicer to be able to swim outdoors than indoors.

    I've been getting most of my T/Th swims in before class, just not posting. Mostly doing a mile of front crawl, and drills to work on body positioning. Got one outdoor swim in and if I hadn't been so tired, would have loved it even more. My kiddo is doing summer swim team and when the kids are finished, there are FIVE lap lanes open :)

    I'm hoping to switch to morning swims by fall when said kiddo starts high school so that my evenings are freed up for family. I've never been good at getting up in the morning, and relying on laps instead of my class will be challenging. We'll see if I can pull it together...

    In San Jose for a job interview.
    GPS says the YMCA IS 6 minutes away by car from the hotel. They have an outdoor pool set up for lap lanes.
    The only problem is travel drain and my body thinking it is an hour from bed time. :D
    For a hiking day with my daughter on Sunday.

    @emmab0902 I have been away on vacation, playing in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, Hiking and Trail Running.
    I should get back into the pool this week. Although it could be a real mess at work, due to a scheduling conflict all 3 people in our little office was off last week and I am the first person back from VA so will have a full week backlog of troubles to get through by myself as the other two are off for 2 more weeks. I can see a few road trips/overnighters to try and catch up this week.
