    228.0 this AM. vacation weight coming off even if I did extend vacation by a few days after I got home. Struggled a bit to get back into the swing of things. next mini goal is 218.

    Been 133-134 for most of July; dropped back to a deficit, working on that!
    I am recomping though so I really should check measurements to see if this is real weight gain or more related to starting a new strength program!

    Stayed the same this week, not too disappointed as i certainly didnt feel good last week but much happier this week. Probably wont lose next week either its my birthday tomorrow and having a family barbie on saturday will try and stick to my plan though def no birthday cake for me. my niece and her boyfriend have started this plan too so will have some low carb friends. :):)

    Barely any loss, but I was on a vacation weekend with my friends this weekend so spent the entire weekend around temptation after temptation (and I did indulge in some) so I am happy to see even a little loss!

    This isn't going as I planned. I have a couple of good days and then a few "off" days and there it is. The infamous stall. Which isn't really a stall, just me not sticking to the plan. Today should be in the good column. Shooting for a successful week.

    I'm meeting with a professional organizer tonight. That should be interesting and I'm looking forward to what she has to say. Part of the problem is that I'm living in semi-chaos after a big move and I just need to downsize (in many areas of my life). I think living in a care-free home and environment will get me out of this funk. Clearing out the clutter, not only will be good exercise, but help reframe the mental and emotional as well! Let you know how it goes. Hopefully, the cost will not be too prohibitive to get done what I need.

    Back at the top of this same 10 pound loop that I've been on since fall 2016. How many times will I go up and down this loop? I do not know.
    Anyway, several of the pounds are definitely water retention from free for all carbage of the past two weeks.
    Hanging my head. That's two false starts for this summer alone. Still have 6 weeks til my goal date to turn it around. It would be nice to actually reach one of my goals instead of getting it in my sights and then either sabotaging or overreacting to a life event...with mega carbs.
    Today will be day#1... again.
    I really am confounded by my chaotic responses to daily living issues. In spite of utilizing knowledge and skills, I go straight for denial and comfort food. Pushing back with determination again, but really...I feel ungrounded and ineffective.
    Nevertheless, back to the drawing board I go.

    Continuing to putter downward..... I don't mind slow progress, seems it's fitting well into my life as a whole and fairly easy to maintain as I go which I appreciate in the long run.
