I've had a few high cal days since though so I'm back to 142ish now. Oh well. I was excited to be close to 139.6 again. But I'm not risking my milk to make up for my feasting. Isn't it interesting how your weight loss strategy changes pay partum?

I'm gorging on all the food! I'm eating a minimum of 2500 calories a day with very minimal exercise (a light walk once or twice a week) so... I'm likely eating at, or very slightly under, maintenance. I only have 3kg to go to get to my goal weight and I'm not yet 6 months post-partum so I've got loads of time0

I need to get back to logging a weight here every week. I've been bouncing around the same weight since 2 weeks PP. I started gaining at 1800 cal, so I have been taking it down little by little in the hopes it doesn't ruin my supply. (We are EBFing).
Currently at 1500 cal/day and getting 10,000 steps/day. Hoping for some forward progress soon!0 -

Started back circuit training (kettlebell) with a trainer/small group and expected a bump UP on the scale from sore muscles/water retention from that. So, I was pleased to see a loss! I think having to go dairy free for baby is helping too. Can't eat as much processed stuff because it all has hidden dairy.0
