Our youngest starts Kindergarten next week, so we'll be homeschooling 2...I can only imagine the amount of work it takes with 4!!1 -

I am stuck in a carb cycle these past 7 days and I am having SO much trouble getting off the ride. Today my daughter and I are going to the grocery store and will be shopping kept style. My issue? I have depression that is preventing me from being active in the kitchen. Does anyone have an tips for me? I know if I could just make a few LC desserts...
When I'm feeling deprived I keep SF pudding on hand. I don't love it, but it works and something about just knowing it's available helps mentally.
Also, coconut milk or cream mixed with chia seeds to make a pudding and topped with blueberries is really good. I don't sweeten it, but you could.1 -

It's something else. Especially since the younger 2 are best-buddies, so they conspire to fiddle around and stall as much as possible.0 -

Yay. Another day of I Don't Have to Like It, I Just have to Do it! today was a walk with hand weights and time on the stationary recumbent. 8 out of 10 days, average of 54 minutes per.3

Another day another health walk. ~3.5 miles. Needed some spinach and 1/2 & 1/2. Got caught in the rain again.1

I think I'm 10 days out of 12 for health walks. Today was another 3.5 miles to a couple grocery stores for swiss chard, salmon and misc. vegetables/fruit. Vitamin D from the sunshine.1

8/9, 8/10, 8/11 went 3 for 3, and my weight went up by a pound! Wth?!? Today, a little over on calories and carbs, but I did go for a run this morning and got 11,000 steps for the day.
Under 2000 calories
Under 50 carbs
12,000 steps (8 on the weekend)
Lose 10 lbs by the end of the month (up from -6 to -5.2)

Didn't post as I was in bed not feeling well yesterday. I was under goal, walked early in the morning before I started feeling sick. Other goals not made. But hey there is always today!!0
