 I was doing really well for about a month (13 lbs) and finally hit a stall this week. My body has been fighting back with a lot of pain from a nagging injury, so I've been feeling the need to feed to repair. I was still under my calorie goals so not sure what is up. Increased carbs just a bit because exercise (running, yoga, water walking) was leaving me feeling very spent. Holding steady at least though both in terms of weight and body fat percentage.1

            Posting here because I hit my goal weight 2 weeks ago after 3 months of keto! I've been doing keto for 3.5 months and only had 20 lbs left to lose, total loss is 45 lbs overall.

 I'm finally back to almost preprego weight, which honestly at that time was TOO SKINNY for my 5'9 frame. I wasn't eating right and basically starving myself. I weighed in at 137 when I was 2 months pregnant, so skinny minnie! I have learned quite a bit about the unhealthy eating habits and ridiculous goals I had back then.
 I have been lifting weights since early 2014 and have built quite a bit of muscle over the last 3 years but was never able to lean out like I wanted(I have chronic inflammation because I'm hypothyroid). Now that I've hit my goal, I am focused on lifting again and building muscle I feel sooooo good!!!                        5 I feel sooooo good!!!                        5

            Six days down and I have lost 8 pounds. I am beyond thrilled! I have a long way to go but hope to be at or near my goal by my 60th birthday in February. Sixty is the NEW Thirty!

            I fell off the wagon for 3 months. I was within ~8-13 pounds of a "goal weight". I'm up 16 pounds. *kitten*. Been eating what I should for a week now.
