    Did not do---- Day 4, went for a long walk and it was all up hill.4 miles.

    Did my 10000 steps. ..working late so I did not do it .. will catch up over the weekend as I am not sure what time I'll get back tomorrow

    Had a difficult day today, my grandson did not want to go to Junior Kindergarten, he left crying. Went for a long walk. Back on Go T.
