                    A bunch of us have completed the October Challenge and the November Challenge and between us, we have lost 134.5lbs since we started  
 We are now starting a December Challenge which is open to everyone.

 I know December will be challenging with lots of temptations. My goal is to lose 8 lbs, and stick to keto through the holidays. I'm allowing myself to have "keto friendly" drinks with friends while I'm visiting family (contained to the period of December 24-December 31), but will stick to keto-friendly foods throughout the holidays!6

 So very close to under 250. Well done you, I agree about December and New Year, maybe I will start drinking Gin and zero tonic, I do like that just not as much as champagne on Christmas morning, somehow it doesn't go with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs! I know exactly how you feel, last week before we went away I'd gotten down to a record (in recent years!) low, went away for three days and it's taken me a week to get back where I was AND I'd thought I'd been quite good, apparently not!! Lets all Keto-on through December, well till the 25th which is thankfully a Monday so gives us a week to weigh in again!    these two are always fighting in me!                        1 these two are always fighting in me!                        1

            Wahoo! Lost the water weight I'd gained over the 4 days of not logging. I wasnt way off track but had some wine, half a salted caramel truffle, and a few other carby nibbles. I've been back logging and back to strict keto and the water gain disappeared real quick 2 2

 Welcome and I don't think so, with all the holiday stuff at the end of the month ending up about the same weight would be an excellent change, for me at least!1
