When I started Keto the first time back in June 2017, I was 184 and remember when I finally hit the 170s it was amazing. Keep going!! I wish I had stuck through it, but this is my third time doing keto again and am at 155. Hoping to stick through it this time.

I'd like to jump in on this group, too! I am new to keto and have been doing a lot of reading about it and buying books. I've done a couple recipes from an Insta pot keto cookbook..delish! I'm slowly getting into this lifestyle and preparing for the week! I have a wedding in May and, of course, I'd like to look my best!0

Mind if I jump in? Have been looking for a Keto group and I love a challenge. So far I'm down 12 pounds since I started in October. Not a big number but I can see the difference!

A bit late on board but really didn't want to step on the scales after Christmas and new years. Was good for the first half but just enjoyed it all after giving into the temptations.

Hello Keto Squad!! With the challenge growing so much, I thought it would be helpful if we had a spreadsheet to easily track our weigh-ins. I know I personally don't enjoy scrolling through the pages on Sunday to find my last post/stats to copy n paste. This should make it easier to see our loss as the month goes on, and every month the weeks will be added and the total weight loss tallied.
The spreadsheet has 5 sheets. Find a space and add your name and weigh-ins so far. For those unfamiliar, Google will automatically save anything you enter. Happy Logging!!!

Do you ever have those days where you wake up and you just FEEL thinner?
I had one of those mornings today. Got on the scale, and it said 260..!!
I had to go get my reading glasses because I thought I wasn't seeing it properly. And then I was afraid to step back on the scale because, maybe it was a fluke... or the stars realigned... or I gained a few pounds walking to get my glasses... but nope, 260...! Down 10 lbs in a week!

Hello, new around here. May I join in? I did keto last summer-fall (following facebook groups + a personal group) then the Holidays got to me and now I want to start over. I lost about 20 lbs back then and got sooo close to my goal. I have about 15ish to lose. Keto was so good to me and my type 2 diabetes and overall health that I need to get back to it. I need to be around active people or else I'll fail.1

I thought I had introduced myself but I can't find my original post and my app was bugging so maybe it didn't go through.
I was keto before and lost 30lbs+. But I started a new medication and gained a lot of weight since then. I also fell in love with this guy who is an AMAZING cook so...yeah. Eating was/is fun0 -

@cbishop7777 and @Shortontime hey, slow and sure can win the race.......just stick to it and check you are logging your food correctly, sometimes the data base in dreadfully inaccurate, so check everything you are eating and make your own database to use under my menu or frequent foods, even if it says it thinks it has that already ignore and say it's new then add your accurate items. That's what I've done, not that I've lost a lot recently but I do know and accept why!!!1

You can just post under discussions or if you want to join this challenge group post your weight and login weekly and that's you started! We comment about all sorts of stuff as well as using the main Keto discussions!0
