Notes: I think that I have finally my "groove" in all of this......committed walking, for miles and miles and miles and miles. Then Monday through Thursday practically no-carb eating. This even allows for a couple of 5-oz. glasses of a v3ery dry, red wine at night. Friday - Sunday - just don't eat crazy. Like, still, on the weekend, I would never eat french fries or pizza.
