    30 min on the Arc Trainer at the Y. I haven't been on it for a very long time. It's similar to an elliptical. It has pre-programmed tours of different hikes from around the world. Swiss Alps is my favorite.

    That sounds interesting. Much more fun when you have beautiful scenery to look at.

    Jan 7: 3 mile fat burning walk. I really liked this one because its 5 miles (I only did 3 tonight) total and each mile includes a jogging component. As someone who used to run regularly this made me happy :)

    Welcome, @Wanda148, 3 Mega Miles is a great DVD to walk with! Awesome that you found our walking group and walked right in!

    50 minutes Walking for Weight Loss - Debbie Rocker. Not sure about mileage, forgot to check that... Was a fun walk, and challenging. Seems like that is the case with workouts I haven't done in a while.

    Jan 9: 1 mile fat burning walk. I have to be honest, I wasn’t feeling it tonight, but since making the commitment to walk every day, I make myself do at least 1 mile. In most cases, I do the mile and feel like doing more - today just wasn’t that day.
