    Please don't hate me all. I had a really crappy week in terms of emotions/eating/monthly. Not happy with the .8 gain, but I promise I will be coming back next week losing that and more! Also, I feel extremely bloated.

    @Bethabee_ No hating from anyone here - I'm sure most of us have had much larger gains, I know I have over the festive season. Hope this week is better for you, and make sure you nurture yourself.

    Took me all week to shed the water weight from last friday's fun outing .... whoops.
    I have been working out more this week and tried a few new classes at the rec center, so I imagine next week will look much better.

    It's tricky! I remind myself frequently that weight loss is not linear. All sorts of things effect it, including salt consumption, working out and lack of water.
