    I followed my plan all week except for Saturday night when I stayed close to my calorie total but went over on carbs. (I lose weight easier and feel better when I limit my carbs) I will make sure that I'm on track for a loss next week. ;-)

    I just want to say I feel better about my life.... this is definitely TMI but Aunt Flo is here super early and that just explains my weigh in results... It was bothering me.... I know you won't lose every week but gosh dang it... It would be nice HA

    Aerial obstacle course tomorrow with daughter, her friend, my nephew and my sister. Good fun. End of course was climbing wall and a tarzan swing into cargo net.

    The course was supposed to be difficult. My daughter, her friend, my nephew and sister all found the course tiring. Found I must be a lot stronger and fitter than most as my I found this less taxing than my daily walking.

    Also had a minor fall when skating and realised in the morning that my wrist was inflamed and could not take much lateral pressure without inducing pain. So I strapped it for the course and it was OK. Only when I did things incorrectly did it remind me.

    Lazy day mostly round the resort. Good weather. Went out for a walk to keep body moving and mind fresh. Felt better after (as I usually do). Not fastest pace as still working out area.

    Took daughter, her friend and nephew to the local carnival. Daughter is not a rides person, her friend and nephew both were though. I went on one ride (the pirate ship). Just as I remember it (not too scary for me - in some ways almost relaxing :) ).

    Wife and daughter had to go out for the day, to I spent most of the day pottering around the resort again. Great to just relax for a change.

    After dinner (and after wife and daughter got back) went for walk just on dusk. Cooler temperatures. Better to walk in and better pace.

    Wrist now seem to be back to almost full strength. No longer need the support bandage and it can support my weight again (I can do push-ups again).

    Have not been posting for a few days as on holidays. Still tracking and still keeping active. Amazingly not overeating (not actively trying to stay in budget, kind of happening automagically - low gluten diet helps and I also don't tend to drink calorie beverages)

    That's great that you got to do an aerial obstacle course with your daughter and other family members! Nothing like finding a fun family activity that is also good for exercise! It's also great that you found your body strength was good and that you are in good shape! Glad that you wrist pain was manageable on the course.

    Jan 23rd, 3 yes. Ran some errands today, out to dinner with friends, but still stayed within my caloric limits. Struggling to stay under 100 grams carbs, though. Need to work on figuring out low carb fruits and veggies. More paperwork and phone calls tomorrow, tho I'm checking out a local greek-american diner for lunch. Reviews are good, I want to see if it's a good choice for the seniors on our Friday trip to the Chihuly Garden of Glass.

    UP 0.4 POUNDS. :'( NOT IMPRESSED!!!! :s
    I know it is not much and it will likely be down another day this week as weight fluctuates like that but
    I am bummed as last Wednesday I was down to 153.6 and then every single day since then I have been 153 point something until my official weigh in day today when I am 154!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!
