    Exercised?: Yes, 15k steps including a lovely walk along the Thames in the sunshine, so warm for London in January! It was my planned rest day on running/30DS to give my knees some recovery time
    Calories?: Yes, but man was I hungry today, I ate back way too much of my exercise calories

    I'm taking the seniors to lunch tomorrow and then to the Chihuly Museum in Seattle. I have the menu for the restaurant; I need to figure out what I'm going to order, and pre-log. Only way I can ensure I don't impulse order (and consume... ) At least there will be lots of walking!

    You guys, I'm in trial hell. I'm going to be there for the next couple of months. I have three next week alone! I haven't been tracking, but I don't seem to be gaining, so hopefully I'll be OK. I'm sorry I've been so absent. I feel like all I do is work and sleep.

    Took wife and daughter to see rockpools at low tide. This is where I used to spend my summers. 2km walk to get there and 2km walk back to car.
