I am a little disappointed that I did not loose more this week, as I forgot to weigh myself last week.
But a loss is a loss.
Good news is that I am able to cinch my belt one more belt hole!

Exercised?: Yes, 15k steps including a lovely walk along the Thames in the sunshine, so warm for London in January! It was my planned rest day on running/30DS to give my knees some recovery time
Calories?: Yes, but man was I hungry today, I ate back way too much of my exercise calories

I'm taking the seniors to lunch tomorrow and then to the Chihuly Museum in Seattle. I have the menu for the restaurant; I need to figure out what I'm going to order, and pre-log. Only way I can ensure I don't impulse order (and consume... ) At least there will be lots of walking!1 -
