    Adding 200 miles. Short month, starting coaching again and must start throwing out 43 years of my daily existence.
    Feb. 1: Adding 8 miles today. Feeling crappy along with half the US. Walking miles and a turtle pace 2 miles of walking.

    Dean, we have much more grandbaby-time this month than we had last month. I'm really stretching it at 150, but I will see you at the finish line!! ;)
