I’m going to set my water intake goal to 80 oz as well. I have been doing horrible on water lately.
@shawna357 I’m sorry about your grandmother. I know that must be hard. Don’t forget that you can always rely on us for support. Also I wish you luck on the job hunt. I’m sure you will find something just right for you.

Sorry team! I was out of the gym for over a week from flu. Got back in to gym 6 days last week and was under my calorie goal every day as well. Pretty sure the weight gain was water weight from getting back to heavy lifting. Gained 3.6 but lost 3/4 inch in the waist! I'll keep at it and the pounds will start coming off again. Hope everyone has a good week.3 -

Hi all, I am on my way to Ohio. I will probably not be that active this week because my Nana's funeral is this Friday. I love how many are on board with the water challenge I try to get in atleast 80oz.

@tomedog that is a lot of water and I believe I would be floating away. Lol
@bisonpitcher i am sorry to hear you had the flu but glad you are feeling better. This flu is nothing to mess with and the deaths from the flu have been ridiculous. I know when I got over it, it took about a week to get my strength back so don't over due it to soon.3 -
Okay, day two on the water challenge and was able to drink 130oz today! Keep it going!5
