    Not much of a shift. I've been doing intermittent fasting however I can't shake off additional weight. I think I'm gonna cut out cheese. I read about someone who was doing keto cut dairy out and the scales started to move again.

    Weighing in. Happy with results of my lazy keto style thus far. I even got to enjoy some halo top this week.

    This is the beginning of my 7th week on keto and I don't really know if I'm in ketosis as I don't test or anything, but over the last 3 weeks I've felt more energy than usual during the day (granted I am anemic and don't get much sleep due to my 6 month old). I've always been used to functioning while tired and never really knew how bad it was until recently. I'm hoping I continue to find more energy as I progress (and as my kid learns to sleep through the night haha). I find this WOE so much more sustainable than I thought it would be initially and since I started the whole thing for health rather than weight loss, the actual poundage loss is the icing on the cake. I've noticed my back/hip hasn't been nearly as painful, but my hands seem to be unchanged. Here's to hoping the journey continues to reduce my inflammation. Good luck everyone!

    Reached a milestone on this weigh in. Weighing in at 179.6, I’m now in the 170s! And I’ve lost a total of 1.67 Bowling Balls of weight this year. I’d love to get to two full bowling balls (15 x 2 = 30 lbs) by the end of February. Lofty goal – requires 5.2 pound loss in 17 days. If I shoot for the stars maybe I’ll hit the moon.

    My Tanita scale told me I gained 0.6% of Body Fat this week ☹. Not sure what is going on there? Maybe I’m still in some stage of keto transition (only in week 5 on keto)? Expect to lose BF next week.

    Good to see a lot of the members of our group hanging in there as well as more people joining our group. I <3 keto and I <3 eating fat.

    Feeling good! I stuck closer to the eating plan than I have in a few weeks, and it actually showed!
    Also. Helpful tip: make sure your scale is flat on the floor or it might say you weigh 10 lbs less than you really do when the scale is flat.... :D

    I'm not really looking to lose a bunch more weight. My focus now will he sticking to keto. But I am going to start incorporating more recipes and eating a little more just so I can maintain. I'm also gonna start hitting the gym and attempt to have an butt again lol... keto took my butt. I want it back!
