    As expected, I was up quite a few pounds. I’m guessing a few of them are water weight though, so Atleast I have that going for me. My goal for February will be to not gain any weight, but if I could keep the gain to under 2 lbs that would be great too. My last pregnancy I gained a lot of weight right away and then only gained 1 pound a month for the last 6 months. I’m completely nauseous all day right now and snack to try to feel better. On the plus side, my first ultrasound is next Thursday! So excited!

    The lowest number on the scale this week was 153, and that was pretty exciting. I was being more strict this past week with sticking to 5% or less carbs, and I think it really made a noticeable difference. Last night I drank too much at a little get together we had for my fiancé’s birthday, so hopefully this is water weight and it will just come right off! Also first week of half marathon training..... not going great. But I will be better next week! I swear!!!!

    I'm in again. Lost from last week but I ate a bowl of popcorn last night so this week may be slow going lol. It's cool though because I'm feeling so much healthier since starting keto overall. I'm in it for health, not really weight.

    Whenever you stop having food cravings and aren't hungry as often. Don't do intermittent fasting while adapting to the keto diet. Letting yourself get too hungry will make it harder to resist old food habits.

    I hit my first plateau this week. Over the last few days I even bounced up to 284.6 but today's weight is heading back down. No cheat days but I started a very stressful rotation at my job this month so cortisol increase could definitely play a role. Keeping an eye on it and going to do some recalculations, but I'm hopeful things will start moving in the right direction again.
