Welcome to new team members!
Let me introduce you to the February team members who thoughtfully accomplished these UAC rules:
1) They had no more than 3 Pass Days ( a Pass Day is any day in which you did not accomplish the rules set forth in the discussion cell above)
2) They ate and drank less calories than their own chosen calorie limit
3) They actively exercised a minimum of 20 minutes per day
Here they are:

WE NEVER KICK ANYONE OFF THE TEAM!!!
One of the biggest misunderstanding of new team members is that if you have more than 3 pass days, that you are kicked out.
The UAC team works best over a long-period of time. We are working on being thoughtful about caloric intake; daily exercise; tracking our intake and exercise; and finally, sharing our experience by being accountable to other wonderful people.
Welcome aboard....we want to walk with you on this journey!

Exercised?: Yes. Bodyweight strength work (20+ mins).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Back home now. Busy day. Little time to walk while interstate and returned after dark.
Long hugs with family. Will take a few days for things to start to feel normal again.
Thank you all for the messages of sympathy and well wishes. It is much appreciated.
Congratulations to all who made the Winners circle in February. It's hard any month, but especially when it is still cold with short days for most of the members.
Congratulations too to all who kept going in February, even after the fourth pass day. This is really what UAC is about.
Each month I post my goals for the month. It helps keep me focused. They are often the same month to month, but it is what I aspire to maintain.
Personal goals for March:- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days).
- Stay between 64kg and 70kg (full maintenance maintenance trying not to go too low but allow it to bounce up a bit too. 70kg is still well inside the normal BMI range for me.).
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward).
- Encourage others where possible.
Last month:- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days). Success - All days tracked and under, activity every day (except one).
- Stay between 64kg and 75kg (full maintenance maintenance trying not to go too low but allow it to bounce up a bit too. Feeling fine spending the entire of last month well under 70kg, seems now like for me it should be healthy and sustainable. Still have 75kg as my upper limit as it is still just in normal BMI range for me.). Success - Got as low as 64.8kg, but mostly round the 65.5kg for most of the month.
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward). Success - No failures in honesty I can recall.
- Encourage others where possible. Again, not as much as I would like - Remained positive, but finding it hard to make time to read and encourage more among my schedule. I also run another challenge here on MFP, but UAC is still my favourite.

Congratulations all you Feb winners. What a long list!
St David's Day usually signals that Spring is coming. It doesn't feel like it today as all the early daffodils are buried under snow brrrr! Usually I'd make some Welsh cakes, but as it's day 1 of a fresh UAC month I'm not going to. I don't have the will power to only eat one. My husband is working from home as he couldn't get in to work because of the snow and has suggested we eat out later. I'm posting now at midday to make sure that if we do I make good choices so it can be a yes x 3 when I report in tonight!

I nearly screwed up my very first day! I have a little bit of a sore throat and used a cough drop and almost didn't think to add it to my food diary! Whew. I would have been embarrassed to have to take a sick day/mulligan for a cough drop!4

Skipped my Thursday walk as my son had an event at school. Also ate a pack of M&M's with peanuts as I was hungry - my dog ate my bagel when I turned around . Helped my friend who owned a Chinese buffet, end up eating lunch there. Ate tons of food and I tracked everything! Instead of eating a plateful of sushi, I picked a few only; got lots of vegetables and cocktail shrimp instead of fried, greasy food; Had my hot and sour soup, but only drank half; rather than having ice-cream, I got myself a big plate of assorted fruit. Learning how to make good choices to compensate my impulsive snacking!
Exercise: Yes (20+ minutes of busy housekeeping, will walk around my living room while watching NCIS after grading!)

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes. Did a barre exercise off you tube for 30 minutes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes. Very close, thank goodness for exercise calories!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Yes. I’ve been trying to get my water up to 72 oz and I drank 60 oz today.
Today could’ve been a disaster, but because I started this challenge today I knew I couldn’t mess up on the first day. My favorite restaurant has been closed since September due to flooding from hurricane Harvey. It just opened back up this week!! We planned to go eat there tonight before I joined this challenge. I pre-logged my dinner first and that let me know how many calories I had for breakfast and lunch. I also got extra for my workout. I barely stayed under, but I am under thanks to my workout and pre planning. Day 1 is a success!!! By the way it was a Mexican restaurant which is VERY hard for me to have control, but I did!
