Exercised?: Yes. Walk 6km in 46 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes

Good pace. Cooler evening and all signs of knee discomfort and cramp stiffness now gone. Keeping healthy and active The body heals quicker from minor issues.
As well as working, I cleaned up my workspace a bit today. Much more room. Hope to have workbench clear by end of tomorrow.
@RangerRickL. Gorgeous photos. Beautiful area. Also I'm pretty sure Vegas operates in it's own reality, separate from the rest of the planet.
@aganey. Great when others get involved and walk with you. As one starts to work on getting healthy it inspires other around them.
@loopydo2017. Shovelling snow is one exercise I never need to do where I live (thankfully). I can understand the sentiment of better 6 inches today than 1 foot tomorrow.

We had the best breakfast today.
We met @RangerRickL and Rose for breakfast. It was so much fun and they are a great couple to hang out with, I could have stayed all day! I will leave it to Rick to provide photographic evidence!
Without UAC, this meet up would never have happened. Without UAC I wouldn’t be striving for and applying good habits to my daily life and general well-being. I love it, it keeps me focused and present and I wanted to say thanks to @RangerRickL and @craigo3154 for all you do to keep this group active and together. And of course, to everyone who checks in daily.
And we still got in our Monday family hike at The Wetlands, here’s a photo of yesterday’s walk, we did a new route at Duck Creek and the path is all along the water. We did 4 miles yesterday, it’s very pretty…

Staring at my remaining calories now (350kcal) for dinner, regret eating a bit too much at lunch! Hubby and I had a quick lunch date, since we both had a short period of time before teaching our next class, we picked buffet. Last time I was good, only consumed 550 kcal there but today I ate more than I should, but I made good choices at the end - not eating ice-cream and picked fruits instead. I also ate less than I normal (before this healthy journey).
Since I was bad at lunch, I walked around the basketball court (0.1 miles for each round) and added stairs for 20 minutes. Had an hour free time before picking up my son, parked the car and walked around the neighborhood - hit 10,000 steps.
I am going to steam 6 Chinese dumplings (veggies with pork) for dinner and add some salad. In this way, I will be good on exercise, calories and tracked everything!6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes- 30 minute brisk walk at lunchtime
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. But it has not been fun today. I didn't get much sleep last night so slept in too late to workout before I went to work. I am always hungry when I haven't slept well the night before so despite healthy snacks I have felt hungry most of today. I didn't have enough calories left in the bank for supper which is my favourite meal of the day and this has left me feeling a bit deprived.
On the positive side I have not crumbled as I want to compete this challenge, I haven't made any bad food choices, and I am blessed only to be feeling hungry for 1 night when it is a way of life for many people round the world.
I am resisting staying awake until after midnight just to eat from tomorows calorie allowance!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
Love today's photos by the way @LoraineGB @RangerRickL it looks beautiful there!6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES! 20 min circuit training (Synergy 360), 10 min high resistance stationary bike, 60 min pep walk! I'm feeling it now...
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES! And I even came in about 500 calories under thanks to the workout this morning. And this challenge! I truly try to think (or rethink) my impulsive habits and plan out my meals now. Making good strides.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! And learning the importance of paying attention to the macronutrient tracking in MFP. Awoke this morning feeling swollen and joints terribly stiff. Synergy left my knees feeling tender and swollen. Freaked a bit when my hands were "whitish" with red fold lines after my walk. Wedding ring was dug into my finger, too. Reviewed my log from yesterday and discovered I had over 2X the amount of recommended sodium. And I DON'T DO salt...lol. Once I reviewed my food items I learned many had copious amounts of salt in the foods themselves. Cheeses and Old Bay Seasoning in particular. Needless to say (but say I will) I peed all day long today...LOL! But feeling much better now!7 -
Exercise? Yes! 35 minutes on the bike.

A little disappointed to have to take a pass day today, but I went over calories so it's what is honest! Back at it tomorrow.8

Yes x 3 - upped the weight and reps on my circuits today and ate more to keep from having another hungry night. I used to like sleeping on an empty stomach but now that I'm at my goal weight and putting on muscle I get seriously hungry and can't sleep. It sure is fun to up the calories a bit, and do I ever love breakfast. Never thought this would happen. Being at a good weight, keeping myself there, and having such a great group to help me remember how to stick to it. Thanks!6

Exercise - yes but just my PT stretches and ankle/leg exercises after a light warm up. Almost 2000 steps over my step allowance and my ankle swelled and hurts4

Yes x3. Shovelling in the morning. Shovelling in the afternoon. Trudging through snow for school pick up with a 4 year old on my back. This crazy snowfall is giving me quite the workout. Will have to do another big shovel in the morning. The kids are really loving the mountain that’s forming in the back yard!5
